Return & Refund Policy

At Panoza, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us on the same day of delivery.

To process your claim, an unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The complete unboxing process.
  • The issue with the product.

Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

We offer a replacement only if:

  • The item received is damaged.
  • The item is defective upon arrival.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Once the claim is verified, a replacement will be arranged.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The complaint is reported after the day of delivery.
  • The product differs slightly in color, size, or appearance due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Panoza reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or replacement request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
