Shipping Coverage
Panoza currently delivers orders across Pakistan. International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations upon request.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are usually processed and dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that order processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days
While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational disruptions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on multiple factors, including:

- Courier service rates
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
For heavy, oversized, or special-handling products, additional shipping charges may apply.
International Orders
For international deliveries:
- Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country, package weight, dimensions, and courier service selected.
- Delivery timelines vary by destination.
- Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any local charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- International shipping charges will be calculated and confirmed before dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible products and locations within Pakistan.
Certain products may require partial or full advance payment. Such requirements will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to help you monitor the status of your shipment.
Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and a valid contact number.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address information
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the parcel
the order may be returned, cancelled, or subject to additional delivery charges for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us on the same day of delivery.
A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and the issue with the product is required for claim verification.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
